We got in this Youtube-clip from '98, featuring No. 169. Huh, that one was in the Conservatoire last time we checked?
Denis Huille, Director of the Conservatoire, explained that the car at that time was still a part of the collection of the Citroën factory in Rennes. De collection included mostly cars produced in Rennes, among them the Ami and M35. At present several cars from that collection -M35, Ami Super, GSA X3, Mehari- are at the Conservatoire. About ten cars are still in storage in Rennes.

This is the second M35 in the collection of the Conservatoire, next to No. 1 (or better No. 4). It's in a driveable condition, we couldn't find out more about the history unfortunately.
